A strict and careful selection process – In order to introduce you to reliable and trustworthy candidates, our background screening process follows the ‘Full guide for employers on preventing illegal working in the UK' provided by the UK government. If requested, we can also check the candidate’s work permit status from UKBA, check background documents both in English and Chinese and do the candidate’s criminal and reference checks.
We are also the only agency in the UK that provides interpreters for your nanny’s paediatric first aid training courses. Want your Chinese nanny get trained but worry that she has language difficulty? It's okay, we will help!
A both-sides guarantee period for refunds and replacements – most (or all as we know!) agencies give replacements and refund only when the candidate leaves, but we offer you a free replacement or hassle-free refund either the case is terminated by any side with justified reasons. We are offering this because we understand that it is very important that we make sure that both sides are happy for the placement, especially for live-in cases.
A Friendly team with affordable agency fees – we're a small, friendly, close-knit team and we don't have a big office in central London, which means you don't need to foot the bill for high overheads. Our fees are competitive when compared to other London agencies. (Please contact us for the full fee structure.) All our fees are "Pay Once You Hire", which means that until you're satisfied with our service and hire a candidate from us you won't need to pay anything!
